Because some of the big named ones have either become saturated or out of business. There is more money to be made with direct marketing these days. Most people aren’t disciplined enough to make educated decisions because all they get use to hearing is the word scam. But we know better than that!
Folks think that all network marketing companies are the same. Some of them are like corporations where the guy at the top makes the largest portion of the money and there is little chance to get to the top yourself. However, some are not and you have to check into the company to learn their structure. I have not needed a job for most of 2 years now as a result of building a networking business and I have seen many lives change for the better in the process. Like anything else, there is good and not-so-good in the networking business. You can learn about the one that has been a great help to me at login using access #3524353 and let me know what you liked the best about it.
Too many get rich quick attitudes from people join good ethical companies who have no idea that it requires hard work and sales efforts and the diligence to practice these skills, so when it gets too hot in the kitchen, they quit and cry wolf. Then, they go around telling people that the market is too saturated and that only people at the top make all the money.
I am successful at MLM, so I know for a fact that it’s my responsibility to make it work. I did it, so there is no excuse for people to lash out at something they don’t understand unless they are willing to do their homework before they make uninformed statements.
Just like there are good and bad traditional companies out there, there are good and bad MLM companies out there. Just because one restaurant is bad doesn’t mean all restaurants are bad. Make sense?
What I find unfair about people’s negative comments about Network Marketing is that it’s unfair to them. They are cutting themselves off to secrets the rich have always known. You build networks to become wealthy.
You leverage your money so that money works for you in order to get ahead in life so that you don’t chase your tale going into debt or begging your boss for sick leave without fear of getting fired.
It just seems fake to people who are used to working for others that you can make as much money as a rock star or a celebrity doing network marketing. You can get books and information on the subject to learn that there are hundreds and thousands of us next door to our neighbors who have no idea that we bought our houses and cars and braces for our children because of our Network Marketing business.
I remember my neighbor saying, “hey, are you still involved in that pyramid thing?” and I said… “uh, yah.”
He doesn’t get it nor does he want to know and it’s his loss.
Times change. Consumer buying habits change. We live in a VERY different world that 10-12 years ago when consumer buying habits were different. Consumers today seem to enjoy shopping at Wal-Mart (one-stop-shop).
Network marketing is selling a marketing program. The people at the top make all of the money and downstream people make less at each level down. A lot of people make nothing after paying for the programs.
Affiliate marketing is usually free to get into and can be a good business that becomes established over a period of time and you can leave it to your children.
The problem with network marketing is basically because as a generic title every type of business which operates using people at home and which cannot be fitted into another business type gets logged under network marketing. What people confuse network marketing with is pyramid selling which is completely different and illegal.
In conventional businesses the marketing and sales dept are usually separate entities, marketing involves raising the prospective customer’s awareness of a product, and sales makes the actual sale.
In networking, sales and marketing are lumped together but are very different, in network selling, you buy products at wholesale and sell them on to your customers, and teach others to do the same, but in network marketing proper there are no sales all, you do is raise the awareness of a person to a service or product using word of mouth advertising. The person can then decide if they wish to proceed with the product or service.
What is little known is that network marketing is the fastest growing industry in the world today, what a pity that it is not taught in schools.

Gee….maybe it’s because 99% of the people who join a network marketing company lose money.
The quickest way to clear a room is to have a Quixtar, Primerica, Herbalife, or other network marketing rep enter.
